Storm Update: Crews are going to work through the night at the 2100 block of Foulk Road and Mansion Lane. They do not anticipate the road being open in the time for the morning commute. Please plan accordingly.

Bethel Township Fire Department is currently being used as a shelter/warming station. Any Bethel Township residents, who are still without power are welcome to stop by the Bethel fire department and charge cell phones, tablets, etc.

A Publishers Clearing House scam claiming residents are second place prize winners in their "Cash Giveaway Promotion." Whenever a "winner" is required to pay to collect a prize, beware it is a scam.

The Bethel Police have received reports of theft from local vehicles. When your vehicle is unlocked, thieves are able to take advantage and walk away with your property. Stay safe. Remember to lock your home, garage, vehicle, and shed.

The Fourth of July fireworks canceled last night due to inclement weather will be displayed tonight, same time, same place.
